Seeking help to solve a civil issue I used Rinke Noonan law firm. My representative initially seemed helpful. As time went on the attorney was slow to respond, weeks, months later. This attorney suggested a meeting of me and the opposing party where we might come to an agreement thus avoiding court costs. This Rinke Noonan attorney had nothing prepared during this session to defend me against the opposing party's illegal behavior. My attorney told me signing such an agreement could be easily undone. My signature on this document could NOT be undone. Weeks later after this session my attorney disappeared. I was left with unanswered questions of my predicament. Rinke Noonan informed me that another attorney would help me at double what I was paying the now long-gone attorney. I refused. Thousands of dollars I spent. I had to ask several times for my file. All my bills were paid. Rinke Noonan did not return to me my Retainer fee. They stole it.
Could not recommend this attorney. I believe he would leave his client swinging from a tree and than send a bill.
I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. Helped slaughter her own client to save a college. Ethical misconduct.
