Hired Attorney

I hired Neil Franz to aid in cashing out structured settlement payments. He had the purchasing company make the pay out check to himself, when the check cleared he cut a check to me minus his fees for service. Since then he has ruined my credit for the past 5 years reporting it as non payment and even won a court judgement against me without my knowledge for non payment. HE WAS PAID BEFORE I WAS!!!

Hired Attorney

I cashed out a structured settlement and hired Neil Franz to aid in this and he had the full payment from the purchasing company made out to himself. After the check cleared he wrote me a check minus his fees. He has since filed it as non payment on my part and had a court judgement won against me for non payment and ruined my credit for the past 5 years.HE WAS PAID BEFORE I WAS!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
