I retained Susan Dege’s office in good faith, paid every invoice on time, and remainedpatient throughout a five-month representation. Despite this, I experienced very little communication, minimal progress on my case, and never once had a direct phone conversation with the attorney handling my matter. After thousands of dollars in legal fees, I was abruptly dropped as a client without warning and now have to pay a new law firm to essentially restart the work. Extremely disappointing experience. Dege in a email stated she was just too busy to go full force after five months of accepted pay. If Dege is this busy do you want to spend thousands to be dropped five months in to your case. Just a heads up so you’re not as surprised as I was. Extremely poor customer service.

She is the worst lawyer in St. Cloud - Lori thinks she is GOD!! Lori thinks she gets to do whatever she wants and there is no laws that she has to abide by. Lori thinks everyone is trash and she is the best, but she should look in the mirror unless she broke the mirror and cannot see herself as she is evil!! Where is my stuff Lori??? Did his rise better and was it worth it???
