This guy is a joke. I have been waiting three years to finalize an estate. Then, I received a letter saying I have to go to probate court on because he needs more information and hasnt even asked me for it. I've sent him everything I have. I gotten no support from him. I even ended up hiring another attorney out of pocket to handle the estate matters for me. If I could fire him I would, but he's personal friends with my family and one of them is co-executor with me and wouldn't sign off on it. I could write a book. I had to piece together my late uncle's tax returns with no assistance. I also had to find a CPA on my own and send him what I could find. This firm is horrible. I have done everything by myself and we have to pay him thousands of dollars for doing nothing except file with probate.
