Jack has been wonderful to work with, both times I used him. When I first used him in 2008 for my custody case he was beyond helpful. He explains things in a way that are easy to understand, but even better than that, he listens. There were many times when I wanted to make extraordinary demands and Jack was able to walk me through things and give me a better idea of how to approach things. In 2018 when it was time to revisit my original case it was a no brainer to use Jack again.
I filed a Motion to Modify custody with Jack as my attorney seeking more time with my daughters. Jack and I made a very reasonable settlement offer to her first attorney. My ex-wife then fires her first attorney and Jack I again sent a reasonable proposal to my ex-wife and her second attorney. My ex-wife is very controlling and fought us tooth and nail over me getting more time with our daughters. In the end, Jack Hauser helped me get equal custody of my girls and I am very please with Jack.
I was truly afraid to deal with my long-overdue divorce. When extenuating circumstances required it, I was directed to Mr. Hauser and never looked back. He took a very frightening and difficult situation firmly in-hand, and I felt completely protected the entire time. He was compassionate to the needs of my children and shielded them as much as he possibly could from negativity. I believe, no matter what he charges, he will never be paid what he's worth. I sincerely recommend him to everyone.
Jack has represented me for over two and a half years in St. Charles County, Missouri. He got me sole legal and sole custody of my son with my ex-wife receiving supervised visitation. This case was extremely difficult because essentially my ex-wife had four psychiatric breakdowns with psychosis during the pendency of case. The case required a custody evaluation and a second custody evaluation. Jack did everything in his power to look out for thje well-being of my son.
Very ethical and straight forward. Best attorney in family practice.
Jack was quick to respond to my questions, always available and very easy to work with. His service was professional and most of all personal during a difficult time. I have already recommended him to a friend.
Jack did an excellent job for me. I heard about Jack Hauser, met with him, and decided to hire him as my attorney. The divorce process is not easy; however, it really helped to have Jack as my attorney. I was nearing retirement age and I had always been fiscally responsible and had set money aside for retirement. Jack understood this and and understood I had every intention of splitting the marital assets fairly. We made the offer to my spouse and her counsel and it was summarily rejected and they countered and asked for the moon. Jack gave me great advice to stick with my offer and hold the line based on Missouri family law. With the pandemic, court was closed for several months and other offers were made to my ex and her counsel to settle. All were immediately rejected. In the end, the court settlement was basically our original offer. Through it all, Jack kept me informed and always eventually returned my calls. I recommend him if you want a fair divorce.
It is sometimes difficult to get a response from Mr. Hauser.
Jack was recommended by a family member for our custody case. Warm and compassionate on our first meeting but that will never make up for how the case progressed and the fallout of his behavior. Jack would promise a draft or response and then go radio silent for weeks when we needed to act swiftly. Many times over he would send a draft and we would reply with edits only for him to completely ignore the edits, over and over again. He showed up to court disheveled, profusely sweating, unkempt. He lied directly to our faces about what was said in chambers with the judge. He submitted a petition to the court with all of the wrong edits and affixed our signature to it. He lied over and over about submitting said petition, allowing the opposing party to file for custody first. We submitted a formal complaint to the state against him and he was found to have violated the rules of professional conduct. I could not be less satisfied in his professional capacity.
