I’ve used Steve on several cases, two involving tenants who broke lease contracts and one involving a property easement dispute. Steve handled all three cases to my complete satisfaction. One case was resolved before suits were filed through discussions with the other parties attorney. Another one was resolved shortly after depositions were taken; where Steve made the defendants look like spoiled, lying children with their middle aged attorney who has never gone to court. And for it we negotiated a very satisfactory sum including the cost of Steve’s services. On the third, the case went to court, Steve deftly gave the accused a Perry Mason-like line of questioning that exposed the defendant’s lies and twisted facts where we won handily. He’s very personable, intelligent, and has a remarkable ability to remember the facts of a case and is quick enough to use his opponents words against them. Plus he is very comfortable in court and knowledgeable of court procedures.
