He has also assembled an amazing staff of capable people who know how to navigate the paperwork necessary for VA and Medicaid benefits. We engaged Rudy when my dad went into the nursing home in 2014. Rudy was able to recommend the places that gave the best care (saving us the work of finding a place ourselves). His team actually came out to the nursing home to have my dad sign documents. The work that Rudy did preserved my parents' assets so that both parents had enough for their care until the end of 2020 when the last one died. Rudy understands what we go through because his own mother went through this process. It was well worth the money we spent to set up a trust, and the Medicaid received more than paid for his fee. I recommend Rudy Beck to anyone else who I encounter with a similar situation with their parents.
