I have to say my experience with Scott Simpson has been nothing but short of OUTSTANDING. He and his team always take time to fully understand the situation and devise a plan to win your case. They have the knowledge and ability to fight for you against anybody or any company. Scott went above and beyond each time I worked with him to help me understand my options. With Scott on my side I know I am protected. I wouldn't trust any other attorney to protect my interests!
Mr. Bodeux did not complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner or inform me of my paperwork time constraints did not secure a fair and reasonable settlement of the assests of a lengthy marriage appeared to have more interest in helping my soon to be ex-partner spoke privately with my ex-partner with my permission and suddenly changed his attitude towards me and his efforts to help me stopped initially supported and informed me of rights, then spoke in a degrading insulting manner to me.
Wow $10,000.00 later and I have nothing more than a piece of paper that a judge signed that says Divorce? Why did I hire a lawyer again?
Mr. Pashos showed little professionalism in working for my daughter, did not communicate, did not contact other people who were involved and did not return phone calls. Had we been a million dollar case I believe it would have been settled in a more timely manner, phone calls would have been returned and Mr. Pashos would have worked for us and not against us
