They were very helpful in filing joint tenancy by entirety for us
This is a good law firm, our personal lawyer does his best to help the consumer. But lawyers are extremely expensive which places a much greater burden on the consumer.
We met the lawyer in their office to discuss our case and were asked to provide multiple docs for them to review. I emailed these documents within the next few days and asked for confirmation they were all received. No confirmation sent. A month went by with no response so we reached back out asking for an update. We were asked to send the documents again because they were not received. Again I emailed the requested documents and asked for confirmation. And again, there was no communication back to confirm they were received. Another month went by with no communication before we started requesting updates every other day. Finally, a call was scheduled but the lawyer showed up unprepared. He was not aware of information that was emailed (twice) to him and when questioned about it he stated, we have a very thick file and he didn't look through everything.
Not responsive, billed for hours that we felt were not accounted for. Ended up dropping the case due to lack of confidence in the lawyer though we had a solid case.
