Donald A. Baerveldt, Jr. is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals 8th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Baerveldt has been practicing law in St. Charles County, Missouri since 1988, with his areas of practice primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Probate Litigation and Trust Litigation, Business and Succession Planning, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Criminal and Traffic Law. Mr. Baerveldt’s practice encompasses the counties of St. Charles, St. Louis, Lincoln, Warren, Franklin and Jefferson and metropolitan St. Louis.
