She was a wealth of knowledge and resources. Very informative! She also is realistic and will let you know what you’re up against, which I appreciate. A lot of attorneys are more than happy to take on a case and take your money, she let me know what options I had instead. That showed me she is in this line of work to help. I trusted her the moment I met her!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I find it vitally important to warn about Angelyn Mitchell. Unfortunately I was not given a choice as she was appointed by the court as a Guardian ad Litem. Initially she seemed eager to do her job and listen to my concerns, but she was quickly swallowed up by opposing counsels deception, & my ex husbands allegations. Her actions caused 6 children, including my 4 year old little girl to be ripped from their home with less than 24 hours notice. The depth of damage and harm Angelyn did to my family is more than I’m willing to write here. The fact is, Angelyn had an opportunity to save multiple children from the horrors they’d been living. Instead, she sentenced them to a worse fate. She is naive, gullible, & didn’t take time to do the work required. She failed the simple duties of her appointment, altering the fate of my children’s and my lives forever. 2 1/2 years later, I’m still trying to rectify the damage that Angelyn caused.
Worst POS I've ever met in my entire life. Doesn't care about your kids just wants your money. Hates men. Don't use her. She does nothing.
Working with her is a nightmare! She doesn’t do any work. She is lazy and will charge fees for doing nothing. She did not investigate the case when bringing new attention to her and did not go home visit despite concern and request. Angelyn is the worst attorney and the Bar is getting a letter regarding my poor experience.
