I’ve been trying to get a bankruptcy case worked for an embarrassing amount of time. With health and other personal setbacks since Covid, trying to work with this office has been an absolute nightmare. All fees have been paid. When I have questions about paperwork, it’s vaguely detailed and I can’t read between the lines. The attorney himself has never made his presence known and his office/“paralegal” staff never return calls. I’ve had appointments set for the phone (I work full time too) and never get those calls. At this point I want nothing to do with this office and will file complaints to get my money back. Amazing how all the good reviews are from years ago…
