About Weiler & Lengle, P.C.

Attorney Phil Lengle’s firm, Weiler & Lengle, P.C., has been serving the family law needs of Kane County residents since 2004. The firm was founded by attorneys, Daniel A. Weiler and Philip J. Lengle back in November of 2004. Weiler & Lengle, P.C.’s office has been at 2445 Dean Street, Suite G, in Saint Charles, Illinois since May of 2006. Phil Lengle has over 30 years of experience handling a wide range of family-related cases, including all aspects of divorce, paternity, child custody and adoption. Phil also serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and mediator in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Illinois. Whether helping a couple determine and agree upon the terms and conditions of their divorce as a mediator, or advocating for the best interests of a minor child as a Guardian ad Litem, or as the zealous advocate of a divorce client as his/her attorney, Phil is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Hired Attorney Philip J. Lengle

If you and your soon-to-be ex-spouse already made agreements on what you both want out of the divorce, then move forward with Phil as a mediator. However, if you’re a father who wants equal parenting with your child(ren), then I highly recommend that you don’t use Phil a mediator. Quick backstory: I’ve been a super involved father, even prior to the divorce. For example, on top of being with my son on days I had to work from home, I would spend evenings with my son during the week and the weekends (includes making dinner, bathing him, and putting him down to sleep). Not to mention his mother would not be home during most of those times. I would also take my son to most of his doctor’s appointments. This was all something I shared with Phil during mediation. On top of making concessions on other parental legal issues, I told him all I honestly care about is having 4 overnights one week and 3 overnights the following week with my son. I even brought with me a letter from my supervisor s

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
