Hired Attorney Peter M. Follenweider

I would not use Peter Follenweider for any representation. He is a predator of people in vulnerable positions. I also discovered has a he was terminated by his former school district for predatory behavior of a minor https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MYMF1x7SWG723BHNCUMU3Yn5E7Ikd0SM/view?usp=drivesdk I hired Peter regarding my deceased father’s estate with a $5,000 retainer plus additional payments to the law firm. Peter failed to represent myself or the best interest of the estate of my father according to the contract I had with him starting with enforcing my father’s prenup; a pretty basic first step. Four overarching categories of legal malpractice occur with relative frequency: breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful conduct, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract. All of which I am putting together for a malpractice lawsuit against them.
