Hired Attorney

Because I was and still am in mourning, I did not know more than 2 years ago that the person who drew up my Father's will was incompetent The fact it is more than two years and the estate is not settled proves the point. There is only one beneficiary and things like this I have learned take from 12 to 18 months at the most. We are at month 25. When the first executor quit a year ago, Barch did not have him resign according to the law. He wrote an affidavit in my name for some reason to help the resigning executor. It contained lies and I hired an estate law expert to rewrite this affidavit. Perhaps I should have refused entirely. In July 2021 the application he made to the court so that a trustee could be appointed was rejected. He then went on vacation and in late 2021 the court said it would appoint the new executor but attached conditions. Leaving my friend the executor to get them done. He has washed his hands of the mess he created. I will be hiring a real lawyer to help
