I hired Brandon Beardsley to handle a family case. I found communication to be lacking throughout the process. There were multiple unreturned calls and delayed responses to emails. This lack of responsiveness caused significant delays and unnecessary stress, which ultimately hindered the progress of the case. Furthermore, I felt they did not adequately prepare for court hearings. The lawyer seemed uninformed about key details and failed to present crucial evidence provided. Be very aware of his relationship with opposing counsel. He has no actual skill at all, he is actually quite unintelligent and represent some of the lowest grade individuals, especially mothers. He loves defending the dead beat moms, instead of fighting for justice and what is right! He charges THOUSANDSSSS of dollars but barely does any work! Money talks people, when you have his kind of money, you just pay people and know inside people, classic example of the broken system.

This attorney gave me a life sentence attached to a x husband for life. Yes, he gave pre marital loans to my x, and my x gets to ruin my credit, and my social security numbers for life! Brandon also made it possible after I moved three hours north from the horrible x, he made it possible not to just kill my credit for life, but he also gets 26 acres of mine walking distance from when I had moved to in 2014. My divorce was 2018 and Brandon Beardsley did everything to help the opposition and did nothing for me. I would never recommend him for anything!
