Absolutely the worst experience I have had dealing with a lawyer. The buyers of my house picked him to do the contracts and closing. He didnt communicate with my realtor, me or anyone else. He told me less than 24 hours before closing that I needed a notarized signature from someone half way across the country. He failed to send funds out the day of closing and failed to wire money to my personal account instead giving me a check which put a 7 day hold on the money, which is a problem when im closing on a new house in 3 days. Overall the experience was stressful and miserable. If you are looking for a professional, prompt attorney who will handle things in a timely manner, this is not the guy for you. If 0 stars was an option, that would be my pick.
