Shawn Allen Thomas

Shawn was absolutely horrible! I went ahead and coughed up 10k to a lawywr that would ACTUALLY help me, I go in for my meeting with him the VERY 1st time ever meeting him. He didn't introduce himself, he was very mean from the very start. I sit down he gets right into telling me what I could be facing 2 to 11 years in priosn. The he proceeds to tell me I admitted to doing the crime witch i infact did not. So for the 1st 3 minutes of our meeting was him arguing with me. He then pulls this huge stack of papers out i have never seen befoer. He claims it was in my doscovery packet again it wasnt. Then he leaves his office goes out and grabs these exact papers and slams them in my face saying "now you cant say you never got them" cool. A few days later he sends me a letter stating he "rewatched my interview with the police and saw where I denied ever doing this said crime" if you actually watched it in the 1st place you would of saw that.. ask for a diffrent attoeny if you get him!

This guy refused to fight my case told me he doesn’t have time to do the foot work and I should just plan on going to prison. I did all the work on my case and beat my case based of the actual evidence I had to track down multiple witnesses he refused to subpoena I had to use the clerk of courts. This guy is not a professional and is a disgrace to the American Justice system and an fyi so your not thinking anything else he spends his time in the judges chamber with the prosecutor trying to figure out how to get them exactly what they want. His stats have to be the highest plea deal and or guilty convictions in the state.
