Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins A Professional Corporation is a law firm established in 1981 with an office in Springfield, NJ. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing adult services and residential placements for individuals with disabilities, airline/airport negligence, appellate practice and 25 other areas of law.
Excellent service. Patty Leo, secretary to Mr. Wurgaft, was the one I mostly spoke to. Knowledgeable, funny, supportive. Everything you would want in a friend during a stressful time.
Mr. Wikstrom was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. David put our minds at ease.
I met with both Mr. Sinins, father and son, and they made me feel very welcome in their office during a time of need.
They are encouraging, but extremely slow to respond.
I had a short 9 minute conversation on the phone with Renee about my legal matter. She was polite during our conversation, but she informed me that I do not have a case due to the circumstances that I explained to her, even though at this point the conversation was only carried on for 5 or 6 minutes. At first, I thought she was an attorney, due to how confident she was in my case, so I started asking her questions to figure out my situation. It was only at that point did she inform me she was NOT an attorney. I pleaded with her to at least let me speak to an attorney before we write off the matter. She said she'll file an intake and see what they say. I really regret spending my time on this call, so I want to warn others about people who aren't lawyers dismissing cases before they're even seen. I guess I should apologize for calling you and wasting your time.
Fails to return phone calls. Has ceased action on lawsuit.
I was not happy with communication and the outcome and keeping me informed of my case. I would recommend others represent themselves than hire this firm like I did. This is my opinion and my opinion only.
