With a focus on Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, Gifting Strategies, Federal Gift, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes, as well as Offshore Tax Controversies, Adam navigates the complexities of these areas with precision and insight.
His academic journey laid a solid foundation for his practice. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, concentrating on estate planning, tax, and real estate. During his time at Brooklyn Law School, he distinguished himself as a senior member of the Advanced Corporate Real Estate Clinic. This selective and innovative clinic focused on representing low-income cooperatives in New York City's five boroughs. In this capacity, Adam served as house counsel for boards of directors of low-income cooperatives, showcasing his dedication to practical and impactful legal work. His undergraduate studies culminated in a B.A. in British and American Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2003.
