Joseph Passanise is an excellent attorney! He worked very hard on my case from the time I contacted his firm until the case was resolved, and even beyond that. He and his firm realize the drastic consequences that can come from failing to take a legal case seriously and work hard to make their clients aware of those consequences and prevent them. He takes a very practical approach to the handling of a case and fights for his clients until he gets a desirable outcome. The types of legal issues he handles are too serious to trust with someone else. You need the best, and that's definitely him. 10/10 would recommend him.
2) They also knew that the prosecution was holding evidence on my behalf that can could mitigate the charges. Never suppression evidence. 3) They never challenged the grand jury indictment, the hearsay evidence used to indict me. 4) There was redacted statements in the police reports that the attorney's never challenged or pointed out. 5) I have numerous of emails about the case they never look into anything I said also the prosecutor lied in motions I have pointed out and I told and showed them they just didn't care. They were ineffective in their representation of my case. 6)They never put motions in to suppress and/ or impeach witness or there statement's. 7) I posted my bond and my attorney's didn't want me to post it because they appeared to be working with the prosecutor, check case net docket August 2018, they forced me to with drawn my bond as they were threatening me, that they would lock my mother up for perjury. Do not hire them !!!!!!
