Hired Law Firm

Mr Wise's office is next door to the Work Comp court. He comes highly recommended. He is good. He did get me a rating on my shoulder, which I could not have done by myself. I have just retained him for another suit. I just think clients are probably in a bigger rush than the law firm.

Hired Law Firm

After 3 or 4 months I call the office to check on my case. A lady tells me that they haven't filed yet. She said she got the wrong paperwork or something and it cost money to get so could I call the hospital. Now I am searching for a real lawyer with just days left to file. I have never ever seen such incompetence. They couldn't have called me 2 months ago and told me they haven't filed yet? Are they getting paid by the businesses?

Hired Attorney Timothy Wise

Mr. Wise is very unprofessional and never gave me advise, only a hard time. I felt as if Mr. Wise was working with the insurance company and case worker, not for me! After a MAJOR head injury as a result of someone elses neglegence, I was forced to deal with the insurance company/case worker alone. Mr. Wise started taking the word of my opponent and accusing me, NOT lisening to me! Unless you like to work for yourself and pay an attorney, look for a different attorney! Reporting to Bar

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
