Gregg represented both our company and our business in a case where we alleged that the financials provided to us, while purchasing the restaurant, were fraudulent. We brought suit against the former owner. Ultimately, we were sble to get s consent judgement in our favor. If s trial would have ensued, our evidence was overwhelming and Gregg was not only competent, but was confident and professional throughout the process. He explained legal theory related to our case and conveyed only realistic expectations. He returned emails and calls, at all times, answering my concerns, point for point. We see Gregg as a friend, as much as we sed him as out legal counsel. We thank him for all of his hard work on our behalf.
