In 1977, the firm was established primarily to represent management in matters involving labor and employment relations before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. The founder of the firm, Ransom Ellis, Jr., has been actively engaged in representation of management from 1952 to the present. Under his direction, the firm has continued to advise and defend management in all areas of labor and employment law. In addition to these services, since 1977, the range of legal services offered by the firm has expanded to include education law, with the representation of a major state university and numerous public school districts, and hospital law, with the representation of several hospitals in Southern Missouri. Firm members also offer corporate law, commercial litigation and civil litigation services to the business community.

Hired Law Firm

I strongly advise against using this firm. They represented me in a property dispute but withdrew their representation just three days before my court hearing. This left me without any legal support, effectively abandoning me to face the opposing counsel on my own. Ultimately, I was forced to settle due to my lack of representation.
