Aimee Morrison joined the firm as an Associate in 2016 after four years of serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Forsyth in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. As an attorney, Aimee handles a wide range of general practice areas including personal injury, real estate and property law, landlord-tenant, and creditor's rights.Aimee attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List throughout her law school career graduating in 2010. During law school, Aimee was a member of the ABA Negotiation Team, a member of Delta Theta Phi, and she co-authored the case note summaries for THE URBAN LAWYER'S Supreme Court Report, 2007-2008. Prior to entering law school, Aimee attended William Jewell College, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in History in 2001 and Louisiana State University-Baton Rouge, where she obtained a Master's degree in United States History in 2003. She taught United States History at Wayland Baptist University for two years at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii, where her husband served with the 25th Infantry Division of the United States Army.Born and raised in West Plains, Missouri, Aimee is happy to be building a career in the Ozarks. Outside work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her family, watching disaster movies and Major League baseball, reading, and floating the North Fork River.
