Working with him made me wish I did all of it myself. I may as well have. I never thought someone could be so busy but of course he was willing to talk at length by phone which he charged me for. I should of just let him go but I was to intimidated too
This attorney advised my Mother about her last will and testament. My mother's priority was to ensure her beneficiaries would have no issues legally or personally. This attorney did NOTHING to protect her assets. This attorney did not even think about the problems that would occur with my father's name on accounts. My father died 24 years ago! His response was cruel to her grieving daughter. Deliberately cruel and completely unsympathetic. Bottom line! He did not provide my Mother with proper, even minimal knowledge of her Will.
