So this clown took on a case knowing that the firm he currently works for represented me in the past against my Ex-wife. I asked him to step down as a courtesy and respect to the firm and he refused. Now this arrogant individual will answer to the BBO for the second time in his illustrious career about conflicts of interest. Yes! He was suspended in the past for these types of actions. Toss his name in the old Googler with suspension on the end..

Attorney Grilli represented the party I was litigating against. He filed an appeal on their behalf. After he was retained I introduced myself to him as a courtesy. In a very snarky manner coupled with almost a threatening tone he told me that he had filed an appeal against the judgment on behalf of his client. I asked him if he had read the case file. I was absolutely shocked when he told me no, he had not yet read the case file. I could not help but laugh out loud and asked him what grounds did you file an appeal on if you haven't read the proceedings, rationale, findings, judgment etc? What are you appealing if you haven't even looked at the case yet?. I was absolutely floored. After this I googled him and discovered that he had his license to practice law taken with an additional year suspended for being completely incompetent. I have never heard of a lawyer losing their license because of how terrible they are.. unbelievable.

He lied and admitted to it in an email to me after I caught him in February 2012. He told me for 5 months he was working on a minor probate case. I was waiting on a pettiton to partition to be filed with the court. I asked him over several months what was taking so long. I suspected he was lying and asked for a copy of the form he said he filed and he finally had to admit he lied for five months. Pathetic. Another lawyer at the firm took over my case.
