Hired Attorney

Michael B. Katz has posted incorrect information online regarding Massachusetts law. He states that only the executor of an estate may request patient records of a deceased individual. In fact, the executor can authorize others to seek the records. This sort of omission casts serious doubts regarding the compentence of this attorney.
