Mr. Sanborn just helped us close our house sale with, as he and the realtor stated, the most difficult buyer. they had seen in their careers. He handled the situation calmly and all ended up without any difficulties. Mr. Sanborn is a pleasure to work with. He communicates immediately, is very experienced and has a quiet demeaner but can be a bulldog when needed. I would trust him with any legal matter and fully recommend his services.

Attorney Sanborn represented me on a real estate closing in October 2020. Although numerous issues existed with the deed, Attorney Sanborn was able to effectively resolve those issues timely. Attny. David W. Sanborn recently handled my real estate closing for both the sale of my previous house, the purchase of my new home. He also previously handled the activities related to my sister's estate and the creation of a Special Needs Trust for my nephew. He is professional and personable and kept me informed of the activity in all these situations. He also offered helpful suggestions and guidance to me for the details I handled. If I need a lawyer in the future, I know who to contact. I am glad I found him and do not hesitate to recommend him.
