I feel compelled to write this review about my experience with Attorney Jennifer A. Rymarski, as nurses facing Board investigations need to be aware of what to expect. I met with her as she was covered by my malpractice insurance, and from the beginning, the experience was deeply concerning. Instead of listening to the details of my case with an open mind, Attorney Rymarski was immediately judgmental and dismissive. Her primary advice was to "bow out now" and accept what she claimed would be a minimum two-year suspension. She completely missed crucial aspects of my case, seemingly not hearing or understanding the important details I was trying to convey. Rather than focusing on building a defense, she spent an inordinate amount of time discussing money and the limitations of my malpractice insurance coverage. She also attempted to have me sign documents related to my employers that made absolutely no sense in the context of my case. The entire approach felt disorganized and concernin
