Hal was very polite and spoke to me in terms I could easily understand. At the time he was representing me, I was very ill. He always asked how I was doing, could he do anything for me, sent prayers, ect. He also has with him, his assistant James Martin. James was wonderful, very considerate and concerned (as was Hal). I recieved all paperwork on time, judgements and responses were filed immediatley. I simply felt very comfortable and informed at all times. I definitely would use him again.
He stayed on top but I lost my appeals every time because of the opinion of trial court and the stigma about DUI, even though I have been clean and sober for 9 yrs.
