Hired Attorney Judith Cross-Donahue

I came to them seeking justice and competent representation, but instead, I encountered a firm more interested in making deals with prosecutors than in defending their clients’ innocence. From the outset, it became apparent that their primary objective was to negotiate plea deals, regardless of the evidence supporting my innocence. Their approach felt more like a betrayal than a defense, as they seemed more concerned with expediency and maintaining a cozy relationship with prosecutors rather than fighting for my rights and a fair trial. Throughout the process, I felt pressured and coerced into accepting deals that were not in my best interest. Their lack of commitment to my case was evident, and their actions suggested a disturbing willingness to sell out their clients to the highest bidder. This is not the behavior one expects from a firm that is supposed to uphold justice and advocate zealously on behalf of their clients. I’m prepared to work media, AG, and IDPFR

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
