Hired Attorney

Mr. Casartello took my case to represent me in a personal injury with my employer. He did not inform me fully of my rights and ultimately did not fight for me in court. He was inexperienced and unintelligent regarding my situation and did not put forth the effort or time to understand my case. This has cost me permanent disability with no legal representation. He did not inform me of the process, did not respond to my emails and waited until my case expired leaving me no time to seek other couns
