Alekman DiTusa, LLC is a law firm established in 1997 with an office in Springfield, MA. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing motor vehicle accidents and injuries, truck accidents, auto accidents and 19 other areas of law.
I would highly recommend Alekman Ditusa. I was in a significant car accident on my way to work one morning. After being transported to the hospital ambulance, the hospital stay, going home and barely being able to walk, 8 months pf physical therapy- you can imagine all of the questions and medical bills I had piling up. I was reluctant to reach out to an attorney but was very confused by all that was going on. From the minute I called until the very end everyone at Alekman Ditusa was so nice, reassuring, polite, communicative, and just on top of everything.It took time and patience but everything worked out as it should and all of my medical questions/bills were taken care of. I also want to mention Carmela-she was my main point of contact and was a blessing to work with. In the beginning I had a million and one questions and she answered every one of them. Carmela went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what was happening, her communication is top notch- A pleasure to work with.
From the moment I walked in to the office until the day the case was closed I felt so comfortable with all the staff involved. Carmela especially made this whole experience great. All the questions I had, she answered for me. I could email her 3 times a day and she’d get back to me in no time. I met Rob and Ryan and they were both extremely personable. They took care of everything for me. It was my first time dealing with anything like this and they made me feel comfortable with everything.
