Frankly, it’s hard to find anything good to say about Kimberly Talken regarding her ability as a divorce/, child custody attorney. She does not know the law, I had to explain the law to her after I read it. She deferred to my exes attorney to find out what to do. She provided her information behind my back. She did not prepare me for court. She was totally incompetent The woman has no idea regarding how to do her job.. We went to court. She was scared to death of the Judge and I swear she was going to wet her pants out of fear if she said anything so I got excoriated by “my Exes attorney and the judge” because my attorney was afraid the judge would “yell at her”. She yelled at me quite a bit and my attorney did nothing. His attorney objected at least 40 times and Kim objected to nothing! My daughter has to spend 50% of her time with my ex abuser who uses gaslighting, fear and guilt as a method of control. She now has migraines and other anxiety produced mannerisms. Kim is INCOMPETENT!
Does not care about her clients. She only cares about money. She allows children to remain with abusive parents but states on her website how concerned she is with family and well being of children in divorce. She is concerned with money and is one of the rudest hags I have ever met.
