This attorney was very patient with me , in providing information requested of me. I was not exactly used to getting and mailing records that she needed, but she was very patient with me and explained everything to me in detail until I knew what we were doing and why she was very organized and thorough on everything that we needed to do, and she let me know politely when I was doing anything wrong. I think i actually improved some of my skills on emailing and getting copies, and using things on my phone that I really never knew how to use properly.
