Roy, Lambert, Lovelace, Bingaman & Wood, LLP is a law firm established in 1984 with an office in Springdale, AR. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, insurance defense and 16 other areas of law.
Just found out my Attorney Ad Litem let my daughter stay at home yet AGAIN after she didn’t care that my 17 year old was allowed to stay at home alone. The attorney’s name is Dana Watson, who is an attorney ad-litem with this firm. My kids have called her an idiot several times to my face. She never even visited my ex-wife’s house, after she was appointed. She was widely known as the worst AAL in Northwest Arkansas when I was a practicing attorney, and she slandered me in her office in 2024. She violated my Constitutional Rights in 2022, and one of the partners witnessed this outburst. Nobody should ever do business with this firm again for any reason, since they continue to employ her. My girls have told me she’s “an idiot”, she has not cared about them, and the law firm has never inquired. I also, under firm and fair belief, personally believe that the judge who appointed her, violated AR Civil Procedure Rules and threw me in jail once he found out I filed 2 complaints against him.
