Waste ad litem and disgusts me she is the voice for kids. She needs prosecuted for the damage she has done to kids. She did no research and no care that the kids were in danger. Other kids were removed from house bc of step mom's actions but her own kids cldnt be saved and they were in the most danger. She didn't listen to counselors or anyone.

Dana had a black and white case with solid evidence and only reviewed what she wanted. She is the worst ad litem and a horrible advocate for kids. As she said in court is that sex, drugs, and alcohol are normal for teens. So if anyone wants better than that for your kids you need to stay AWAY from her. She didn't talk to one of the 12 witnesses we had and told us that she couldn't trust our list that was made up of DHS, state police, teachers, 3 counselors, principal, and close witnesses that had to care for kids because the mother wasn't. We had 8 file boxes and 1000s of pages of proof and not one contempt against us. Only one meeting and refused other meetings. But showed in the invoice multiple conversations with mom and reviewing of her documents.

If I could give a ZERO star I would! My sister was kept from seeing her granddaughter because her daughter and her husband, not the child's father, were mad at her. She obtained and attorney to get visitation and an attorney ad litem, Dana Watson, was assigned for the grandchild. Dana Watson took our money and we never heard from her. She spoke with multiple members of the other side of the case and did not speak to a single one of my sister's witness' and she only spoke with my sister ONE time. Then at the end of the case she billed for additional fees and all other parties got the notice on the date she sent it and my sister was never informed until 2 weeks later. All the additional fees were from the interviews from the other side. Dana Watson did a ONE SIDED case review and does not care about the truth surrounding the child involved. She is a poor excuse for an ad litem for a child and I would NEVER, EVER, recommend her. STAY AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

This attorney does not care about what's best for your child. She puts in minimal effort to look into your case. She just sits back collects a check and shows up to court. AWFUL PERSON AND ATTORNEY

She was an attorney ad litem and a child custody case. She was conspiring against both parents with the plaintiffs lawyer and relative. She wanted to let the relative adopt the minor children. This information didnt come out until the case was closed. I would not recommend her if you want to have a fair fight in court.
