Hired Law Firm

Hired Ms Toner to represent me in a divorce. During the representation, communication was delayed by days. Received an email with one of her other clients retirement plan statement attached. One week before court ordered mediation, arrived at office with plan to review spouse's financials and formulate strategy going into mediation. I was presented with a binder, that contained my provided financials. Discovered that she had not obtained his financials, which should have been provided 45 days after filing for dissolution. It had 5 months since filing, with no follow up to obtain them and mediation had to be cancelled. She filed a motion to compel documents. Fired this attorney and obtained new counsel. He had to file a motion to compel to get financials provided. Then a motion of contempt when they were not provided. During hearing judge ordered for contempt, it was revealed by opposing counsel that "there was an agreement between him and my previous counsel regarding financials.
