Mr. Gettier was very forthcoming in answers to my questions I had regarding my legality to receive unemployment benefits after being fired from my job.
Do not get this lawyer he is forgetful, no communication unprepared forgets a lot. And seems not to care about your case I don’t think he is a real lawyer I believe his license got suspended. And not able to represent in court . When you go to his office he has no paralegal he does everything by himself unprofessional thumbs wayyyyyyyyy down .
He is the worst. He could never remember anything. I always had to "refresh" his memory on who I was and what my case was about and still couldn't get anything straight. In the courtroom, forget it. A big joke. I would rather represent myself and pretty much that's what you will be doing if you hire him. Do not waste your money!!
He never was prepared and could never remember who i was or what my case was about. He told me it would be a flat rate which ended up a total lie i did all the work of preparing for the case. In the court room he stuttered over his own words and couldn't get to his point.when i made payments he took the amount out then put it back in my account which caused over drafts and he clams he is not responsible for. Leigh s. Gettier is a horrible lawyer and i would never use him again let alone refer
