Free initial consultations and fixed fees are offered for criminal and traffic matters. There is a fee for the initial consultation for family law matters, and most of these cases are handled at an hourly rate.

2023, At church I was directed to a Fredericksburg attorney. She in turn directed me to Gardner & Burks Law as my case was their specialty. I knew of their reputation for years after incarcerated, the BEST, central VA, You get what you pay for, If I had the cash up front, I never would have signed a dysfunctional plea deal with a public defender; pay the fee up front don't balk at the fee or shop around you will find NO better representation than Gardner & Burks Law if you are serious about you situation, They have BEST representation and relations with the Court to protect your interest. In conclusion, I was guilty in my offence and accepted responsibility for my actions, I did what the Honorable Judge asked me to do and 5 years later had to go to court to be released from parole due to my lack of quality representation (public defense) during my prosecution.
