Good experience working with Tom for my child custody case. I’d recommend his services due to strong communication, experience, and feeling like he truly cared about getting a fair outcome for my family.

Hired Attorney Atty. Thomas Bitney

I wish I could have given 0 stars. This man is money hungry. He acted like I was an adolescent stupid 12 year old girl. I was scared and he did not make me comfortable at all. It was like walking on eggshells. Hedoes not care about his clients concerns just getting a check. When I refused to continue paying him or the guardian ad litem for concerns on abuse towards my children was going on were being ignored.That being said he withdrew because he didnt have payment and my ex got primary care while I am states away. 9 months later I'm picking up my children because the unthinkable happened. My concerns were correct. Save your money and children and goto the cities! But hey enjoy those mountains and ocean.
