I am a sole practitioner and only take a limited number of clients a year. I do not employ associate attorneys or law students. If you hire me you get me, guaranteed. There are some firms where you meet the “old man” on the first day. You may believe you are hiring him, when the reality is that after your money has been collected you will never see him again and you are shuffled off to an underling who handles your case. That will not happen at the Law Office of Timothy S. Note. When your freedom is at stake it is important to know and feel comfortable with who is representing you. I do not take more cases than I can handle. The benefit to you is that when you hire me, I make sure that I am accessible to you. If you call my office I will generally call you back that same day.

Hired Attorney Timothy Scott Note

Jake Smith of Note & Kidd was my attorney. I was really surprised with his demeanor, knowledge, and confidence. Told me straight, how he was going to do things, and then backed it all up. In the end, won my case. If I had a question and he was in the office, he would always take my calls. If I had to leave a message, he would call me back the same day and was always able to answer them. Without a doubt, I would recommend his services. Thank you Jake.

Hired Attorney Timothy Scott Note

Associate Attorney Jake Smith did an outstanding job in working through my speeding ticket with me. He is personable, experienced, and authentic. I immediately felt confident and comfortable from our phone call together. I had no hesitancy in asking for his aid in my case. Even with it being right in the middle of the Christmas season, he went above and beyond and took serious effort in taking care of my infraction on my behalf. A week before our hearing, he called and informed me he was successful in getting my infraction dismissed. Hopefully I won't be needing further help with tickets in the future, but if so, I am confident in returning to him and this defense firm for the assistance.
