Christopher S. Crago referred my “open & shut” case to his former professor and mentor from Gonzaga University, Professor Milton G. Rowland, one year before the statute-of-limitations ran out on my TORT claim against the VA Hospital. I gave Milton a $1000 check as a retainer for legal filings which he lost and never told me, found, then deposited, after the statue-of limitations had expired on my case. He filed 10 days late with another client’s case pasted into my claim. It failed due to statute of limitations running out, not the ridiculous filings. NOW, that Milton Rowland cost me the only avenue for justice against the VA, I reached back out to Mr. Crago. His response, “Hi Eric - The attorneys at McNeice Wheeler are reviewing your case. I am not a litigator so I am unable to assist you.” Chris (From iPhone) Christopher Crago offered no apologies for adding to my devistation.
She unethically and maliciously misadvised my wife and I at the start of our child dependency case. She sought to our relationship and have our parent rights terminated. She provided false information to the court. My wife and I got counseling, I took responsibility for my actions, and we worked very hard with the court and CPS; our family was reunited. Nevertheless, Shannon perverted justice for her own twisted reasons and financial gain. Research her abuse of privilege involving Jay Mehring.
