Mr. Parker is the 2nd lawyer I hired to handle my case. It took more than a year and much more than what we had originally anticipated to spend to reach an agreement. At the end, the court sided on my case and we ended up settling as I did not want to spend more time and money to get the full judgement due. The funds was intended and is will be used for our daughter's college education... and she needed it now than later (she's on her 3rd year). Throughout the process, Mr. Parker was very realistic and "matter-of-fact" in explaining the process and how we should proceed. He was prompt in responding to my questions and kept me up-to-date throughout. He was also very considerate with the amount I had already spent on the case and gave me some relief by heavily discounting some of the services. Additionaly, his Ofc Mgr. Scott B. was very pleasant to work with. Professional and helpful each time I call on any billing questions. Overall, I will highly recommend this firm anytime.
We hired Mike Parker to help us close out my father's estate. Unfortunately i had to fire Mr Parker due to poor communication and failure to competently handle our case including but not limited to the following: 1. He did not correctly file direct notification with creditors despite (falsely) informing me that he had filed this notification correctly. I paid 2 subsequent attorneys to review the case and they both agreed Mr Parker had not filed the notifications correctly consequently leaving the estate liable for future claims. 2. Mr Parker attempted to negotiate terms with another attorney without my permission and counter to the terms I had specified to Mr Parker 3. Billing inconsistencies - We were billed for an appointment that did not occur & final bills consistently were in excess of projected estimates. We were also billed for his review of court documents which i later had to point out contained information counter to what he had told me Overall, highly disappointed
