Lisa was amazing. I had no idea what I was doing and where to start. I explained my situation and that I had just received a garnishment. She got me in within 2 days and also had my bankruptcy filed in 2 hours. I felt very comfortable with her. My aunt works for a criminal lawyer and she highly recommended her to me. I have recommended her to a few friends who have appointments scheduled.

Lisa was great; we had no idea what to do in filing, and she's definitely an expert, as bankruptcy is all she does. She is truly the expert: from the first time we saw her until everything was set, any answers or confusions we had were answered or dealt with promptly, and we never felt inept or guilty. She took over & handled it all, letting us know as things occurred. She's still there if we have a question, and without her we'd have been lost.

Lisa was very helpful, as neither my husband nor I knew the first thing about bankruptcy, only that we had suddenly found ourselves unable to keep up with our expenses and had no other way out. She was knowledgable, to the point, didn't waste anyone's time or (I believe) money; was available for questions or in case of any confusion, handled all contacts for us, and basically walked us through everything. I don't really know if her fees were high, low or average, but seemed to be appropriate.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
