FIRST OF ALL...NOTICE THAT ALL OR MOST OF HIS REVIEWS WERE MADE BY HIS BUDDIES IN 2013. KEVIN ROBERTS WAS HIRED TO DO AN APPEAL FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS. HE DID NOT EVEN REMEMBER HOW TO SPELL OUR LAST NAME IN THE APPEAL. HE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON OUR VERY OBVIOUS ISSUES FOR SAID APPEAL AND WE LOST DUE TO HIS INCOMPETENCE. HE IS A BULLY AND WHEN YOU ASK HIM TO VERIFY FEES, COSTS, LEGAL DECISIONS, ETC...THEN HE THREATENS TO QUIT!!! HE IS ESTREMELY INCOMPETENT, DID NOT KNOW IDAHO LAW AND STILL DOESN'T. HE ALSO BOTCHED TWO MALPRACTISES CASES HE STATED THAT HE WAS COMPETENT TO HANDLE AND ENDED UP SETTLING TO JUST GET HIS PAY-OFF...WE GOT NOTHING! THIS GUY IS FULL F HOT AIR AND NO SUBSTANCE.
