Kelly does not know the law. She is very aggressive but in an unnecessary and ineffective way that just drives up costs and reduces the chances of settlement. I guess because she needs clients, she is very responsive at first. She’s highly unprofessional and I was embarrassed by how she acted in court. An experienced attorney will tear her to shreds. Don’t waste your money.
I had a highly disappointing experience with Kelly Sawyer at Robert Klossy’s office. Her approach was shockingly unprofessional and unethical. Kelly’s focus on appearances overshadowed any genuine legal effort. She frequently treated me disrespectfully, even yelling over the phone and making inappropriate accusations. Worse, she fabricated details in legal documents, which backfired in court and harmed my case. Her actions only escalated conflicts, adding unnecessary strain to co-parenting efforts. I was charged over $3,000 for services never rendered. Confidentiality was ignored, as she openly mocked my concerns with others in her office. Preparation for court was minimal, and her hygiene was concerning. Kelly exploits vulnerable clients. Avoid her—better options are available.
