Hired Attorney

Joe Linehan handled my custody case and helped me receive the results that are in the best interest of my child. He was very thorough, efficiently communicated through either himself or his assistant Erin, and made sure that everything was done correctly in a timely manner. He lead me through filling out documents, writing declarations, and presenting evidence to the court so that my child would not be forced to return to an unhealthy and unstable environment. He truly cared about the outcome of my case and worked with me extensively to draft a proposed parenting plan to present to the other party for settlement, and then for trial once settling with the other party was no longer an option. He represented me in multiple hearings and at trial. Without him I would not have been able to modify my parenting plan and make sure that my child is safe, healthy, and happy. I would 100% recommend Joe to anybody in the Spokane are a with custody and family law issues.

joe did nothing to help my sister in law still isnt he helped get her child placed in cps care, to me had know rights talking to other family about her period.. thats the law he knows this. he dont care so we will file on our own to get our rights to visit this poor boy he has the rights to see his family!
