Joe Linehan handled my custody case and helped me receive the results that are in the best interest of my child. He was very thorough, efficiently communicated through either himself or his assistant Erin, and made sure that everything was done correctly in a timely manner. He lead me through filling out documents, writing declarations, and presenting evidence to the court so that my child would not be forced to return to an unhealthy and unstable environment. Joseph wasn't honest with me and didn't submit evidence that would help my case (!!!). He and his paralegal April were not responsive. During the hearing, Joseph didn't defend me, it was wishy-washy. I and my kid went through a lot emotional abuse and Joseph failed to show that to court. I was happy I dropped him, because I knew I couldn't trust him. I was glad I dropped him and found a good attorney to help me. I wish Joseph the best!
joe did nothing to help my sister in law still isnt he helped get her child placed in cps care, to me had know rights talking to other family about her period.. thats the law he knows this. he dont care so we will file on our own to get our rights to visit this poor boy he has the rights to see his family!
