Compassionate, intelligent, and very supportive, I highly recommend Jeffry Finer for any wrongful actions by employers. Although we were unable to reach a settlement with my employer, Jeffry made every effort to build my case with as little expense to me as possible, and I greatly appreciate the articulate and compassionate way he explained to me why we couldn't win due to the legal restrictions that applied to my case.
Do not hire Jeff Finer. He is a liar, a cheat, a master manipulator and blatantly incompetent. I hired him to represent me in a simple misdemeanor case and it was disastrous. He never shows up for court. He won’t answer your emails or phone calls. He tells you he is “negotiating” with the prosecutor when it turns out the prosecutor has never heard of him. He will tell you the prosecutor is “ really aggressive” and he needs a $15,000 retainer to go to trial after you’ve already paid him “$5000 to do nothing. I literally ended up getting arrested because of this guys incompetence. The judge literally suggested to me that i fire him and get a new attorney. Save your money and hire a real lawyer not a thief like Finer.
Jeff Finer is not an attorney you should hire. He is only concerned with getting as much money out of you as possible and will do nothing for you. In my instance, I literally had to hire another attorney to fix the mess created by Finer. My new attorney was responsive, showed up for court and genuinely seemed concerned with helping me. Do not waste your money and time hiring Jeff Finer unless you enjoy being ripped off by a complete scam artist.
